A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE
The address is only
part of the story.
The generous backyard. The space between neighbors. The way the home sits on the land. Give buyers a reason to look a little closer.
More than
curb appeal.
Show the home in context, with thoughtfully framed views of its layout, outdoor spaces, and surroundings.

BEFORE WE TAKE OFF
Let’s start
with your airspace.
Find your property below for a first look at flight restrictions. We’ll handle the detailed checks and any required approvals.
About the red areas. Red boxes show FAA areas that need extra review. This map does not show every restriction, and an unshaded area is not permission to fly.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions.
Can I book if I’m selling my own home?
Absolutely. We work with homeowners and independent listings as well as agents and real estate firms. You don’t need an agent to plan a shoot.
Are your pilots certified and your drones registered?
Yes. All our pilots hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates for commercial drone operations, and all our drones are registered with the FAA. Your pilot also reviews the permissions and airspace requirements for each shoot. Read the FAA’s commercial drone guidance.

Horizontal · 16:9
A widescreen view for property tours, listing websites, YouTube, and desktop viewing.

A full-screen mobile view for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
The orbit
A smooth circle around the home, keeping it centered while revealing the exterior and surrounding grounds.
The reveal
A gradual approach that brings the home into view from behind a landscape feature.
Bird’s-eye descent
A straight-down view that moves closer to highlight the layout of the home and its grounds.
The hero angle
An angled view that brings the facade, roofline, and front landscaping together. A strong choice for the lead listing photo.
Straight down
A bird’s-eye view of the lot, roof, pool, patios, additional buildings, and solar panels.
The wider setting
Show the home in its neighborhood, with views toward nearby parks, the San Gabriel Mountains, or the city skyline where visible.
Digital lot line overlays
Approximate property outlines added to aerial photos using client-provided boundary information. A visual guide to the lot’s shape, not a survey.
These are ideas to discuss, not extra package inclusions. We’ll tailor the shots and any optional treatments to the property, access, airspace, and conditions.
